CANCELLATION POLICY

Hi! It’s Bri and I’m glad you’re here! I have been doing hair since 2018 and I love being a part of your hair experience. I’m a blonding/color specialist and an extension expert in wefts and ktips. I can’t wait to see you! Here’s a couple policy’s below: I totally get it, life happens. My time is precious to me as it is to you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, a 50% cancellation fee of the total scheduled services will be charged. It does not give me enough time to fill your existing spot if cancelling after the 24 hour notice. No-Shows are guest who do not show up to their reserved time without any notice. That will result in being charged 100% for your services that are scheduled. Just please, don't do it! If you're over 15 minutes late to your appointment, please let me know! There is a possibility that I can not take you over 20 minutes late and I will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Deposits for future appointments will be used for your future appointment. That will go towards that day. Deposits are unfortunately non refundable. You can reschedule your appointment and keep the deposit for another appointment! If you purchase retail, you have 5 days to return the product to receive your money back.
